Due to an unforeseen incident at the Memphis hub, they are unable to work at full capacity until further notice. We are being told by a trusted source to expect heavy delays because of this, similar to Christmas, if not worse. 

We are asking that if you must ship, ONLY ship on Monday or Tuesday, and plan for a 2-3 day delay. Even if your package is not being routed through Memphis, there will be delays, as the other sort facilities will have to pick up slack. Also, please understand that if you do ship, and there is a delay, we will not be able to do much of anything to move it along, so package accordingly.
