The 11x11x7 insulated box will hold three 4.5 32oz deli cups, twelve 4.5 8oz deli cups, eight 4.5 12oz deli cups, eight 4.5 16oz deli cups, one 6.75 32oz plus one 6.75 48oz deli cup, or one to two medium bags, 5-8 small bags, or one large bag.
