Recommended Ship Days
While delays are relatively rare, we still do everything in our power to reduce the risk of one.
To do this, we recommend only shipping Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
Saturday delivery is never guaranteed, so we aim to have all packaged shipped and delivered by Friday, at the latest. If there is a delay, shipping earlier in the week creates a cushion - reducing the risk of being delayed over the weekend.
No Ship Periods
Major holidays, storms, and other inclement weather all have an effect on shipping. During these time periods, we will post an alert on the homepage and the create a label page, warning you not to ship.
If you choose to ignore this warning, any damages, lost shipments, or DOAs will not be covered.
