Shipping Checklist

• Insulated Shipping Box w/ min. ¾” Foam Liner (Must be a FedEx approved reptile shipping box, which is a white box with red or green lettering).
• Deli Cups or Cotton Reptile Bags
• Heat Pack or Cold Pack. Hand warmers are not acceptable.
• Fill Material (shredded newspaper, paper towels, foam peanuts, or recycle your old paper)
• Tape
• Care sheets, Invoices - any paperwork you want to include for the customer.
• ReptilesExpress Shipping Label
• LACEY Act Label

• 40°F or Less: ReptilesExpress.com recommends not shipping until warmer weather.
• 40-70°F: Use a 40 hour or longer heat pack
• 70-85°F: No Heat Pack or Cold Pack Required.
• 85-95°F: Use a Phase 22 Cold Pack or Cold Cell.
• 95°F and Above: ReptilesExpress.com recommends not shipping until cooler weather.
