FedEx Pickups and Drop Off Locations
What Hub Is My Package Going Through?
All packages must travel through a major sorting facility/hub before they reach their destination.
Hub location is determined by first digit in the series of letters located above the barcode on your shipping label.

How Do I Ship An Animal To A FedEx Ship Center?
Don't worry, we've made this simple and easy for everyone!
On the Create A Label Page, in the Ship To section, select FedEx Ship Centers and enter the recipient's zip code.
A list of all of the closest authorized locations will appear. Select your preferred location and the address will populate the appropriate text fields automatically. The only thing you have to manually enter is their personal information (name, email address, and phone number).
Make sure to put the recipient's full, legal name, as it appears on their ID/Driver's License. FedEx will not release the package if the name on the label and the name on the recipient's identification do not match.
As the shipper, this feature can also be used to find the nearest drop off location to you!

How Do I Schedule A FedEx Pickup?
If you aren’t able to drop your packages off at a FedEx hub, don’t worry, FedEx will come to you!
There are two different ways to schedule a pickup:
1. When creating a label, after you’ve chosen your shipping method, hit “Add To Cart”, and a pop up will appear.
2. If you don’t need to create labels, but do need a pickup scheduled, you can create one separately here. This link is also on our homepage.
