Exports are paused until SPRING 2026 Reservations and paperwork must be submitted at least 7 calendar days before export date.

Shipping a Non-CITES reptile export is divided into three simple parts:

1. Provide Buyer Information
Send us your customer’s Canadian postal code to confirm delivery availability.
2. Gather Shipment Details
We will need:
From the U.S. shipper:
- Full Name
- Full Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
From the Canadian recipient:
- Full Name
- Full Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
For the reptiles:
- Common and scientific names
- Exact quantity of each species being shipped
- Captive-bred status
- Total USD value
- Number of boxes being shipped
3. Book Your Export

4. Shipping to Inspection
The breeder must ship the Monday prior to the export date via FedEx Priority Overnight.

If you ship Tuesday and your package doesn’t arrive at the hub by Wednesday morning, you will be excluded from the export, and the package will be sent back to you at your expense.

Your reptile must be in a CLEAR deli cup. USFWS inspects every animal and must be able to see them clearly without removing them from the container. Only use a cotton bag if your reptile absolutely will not safely fit into any sized deli cup.
5. Border Inspections
We pick up shipments Wednesday morning and complete:
- U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service inspection
- Canadian Customs clearance
- GST payment
6. Delivery within Canada
Shipments will be sent FedEx Priority Overnight to their respective destinations within Canada.
